Contact Improvisation Class
We're going to be building a playful awareness of gravity in our solo bodies and in partnership. We'll practice falling, lofting our pelvises, and supporting each other, with a focus on deep listening in the partnership. I'm hoping to play with some trio scores, so bring a friend!
